Alloy Steel 4620, also known as AISI 4620, is a nickel, molybdenum, and manganese low alloy steel. Offering a good combination of strength and toughness, heat-treating Alloy Steel 4620 can raise its strength levels. Welding is possible through conventional means, but only before heat treatment or carburization.
